GETTING STARTED

Whether you fill out an online request or call directly into our office, you will first speak with one of our team members to collect basic information about your pool. We ask questions that help us determine exactly what you're looking for. Often times, our clients will have inspiration pictures that they've saved off Pinterest, Google, Houzz, and other places, and we will request you send those to us. After this phone call, your information is passed along to our owner-operator, Mark Allison, who will follow up with you to set up a free, on-site consultation where Mark will offer you suggestions and ideas for your project based on your property and your vision for your backyard transformation.

DESIGN

Once you have decided to continue on this journey with our company, we will send you a design-build contract that outlines our responsibility as a contractor to create a completely custom design for you with the intent for us to construct the design in its entirety. Once you sign off on this contract, our trained graphic designers, who have a combined fifty years experience in the industry, will get to work creating full plans in both 2D and 3D to present to you.

ESTIMATING

When the design is finalized, we will give you a detailed proposal that will not change unless you add or remove something during the process. There are no hidden exclusions or assumptions.

MATERIAL SELECTION

For this next step, we invite our clients into the office to make their selections. Of course, we are happy to go to you if you'd prefer. We walk you through selecting tile, coping, plaster, decking, granite, and much more depending on the scope of your work. We have an abundance of physical samples that you will be able to go through. We can also provide you with pictures from prior projects, so you can get a feel for how certain selections might actually look in your backyard.

BUILDING PROCESS

After permits (and HOA approval, if required) are acquired, the building process can take anywhere from 8 to 12 weeks depending on the scope of work and weather conditions. During this time, you will often see our owner on site working directly with our specialized tradesmen and construction equipment. You will likely come to know all of our crew by name, and they will treat your project as if it's their own by paying attention to every last detail. When your project is complete, we will show you how to use your new equipment and leave you with a binder full of instructions, serial numbers, plans, and more. All of our projects come warranted for a year, and even after that, we are always available to help our clients with any needs that may arise. At this time, we will also offer you a monthly maintenance agreement contract, so you can ensure your pool or spa is well maintained by professionals year round.
